Why Happiness?

Our Purpose

Why Happiness?

We search for it endlessly in the form of money, things, sex, cake, likes and followers, cars, homes, and positions of power, yet, happiness falls through our fingers like water…

The mission of the Happiness Ride™ is to celebrate the spirit of happiness as it is experienced around the world, creating a global movement for all of humanity.

Through self-questioning and global sharing, we may begin to understand our own personal happiness drivers. We invite you to connect with us and engage with members of this community by sharing your personal happiness story. Once you know what makes you happy, you’re more likely to give yourself that gift. And in return, you’re able to share that gift with others and celebrate.

Consider joining this global happiness movement and being a part of our story.

The Ride Has Begun

Although we’ve already started collecting videos from around the world, we are excited to take to the road across America this September (2016). As we begin our 2016 Happiness Ride™ on September 4th, 2016, we’ll be traveling through several cities between Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C, Maryland, Delaware, Philadelphia, Lancaster to New York City.

While we are traveling across the USA in 2016, keep tabs on our project and our planning to scooter from India to Tibet in 2017.

Donations & Giving Back

We believe that the natural state of human beings is to be happy and by removing all real and imagined obstacles to happiness, it will arise on its own. Motivated by compassion in action, we believe that no one should be denied access to basic education, social services, or health care. We believe that communities can be lifted out of poverty, that change is possible, that people are valuable.

80% of The Happiness Ride’s proceeds will benefit the following organizations removing obstacles to happiness and provide healthcare, education and social services for under-served communities.

20% of proceeds cover the costs of filmmaking and developing other intellectual property such as books and web content.
